How long does it take to get my account approved?
Most account registrations are approved within 24-48 hours. You'll receive an email notification once your account is approved by an administrator.
Can I download assets for personal use?
No, all assets in the Somalia Brand Hub are for official government use only. Personal or commercial use is not permitted.
What file formats are available for download?
Assets are available in multiple formats including PNG, SVG, PDF, AI, EPS, DOCX, and PPTX. The available formats depend on the specific asset.
How do I request a custom asset?
Click the 'Request Asset' button on your dashboard, fill in the request form with details about what you need, set a deadline, and submit. You'll receive notifications about your request status.
Can I edit assets after downloading them?
Yes, you can edit downloaded assets, but please follow the brand guidelines. For logos and official marks, modifications may be restricted. Check the usage guidelines on each asset's detail page.
Who can upload assets to the library?
Only MDA Coordinators and Admins have permission to upload assets. If you need to add assets, contact your ministry's coordinator or submit an asset request.
