These Terms of Service govern your use of the Somalia Brand Hub platform. By creating an account and accessing the platform, you agree to comply with these terms and all applicable laws and regulations. The platform is intended exclusively for authorized government personnel.

Acceptance of Terms

  • By accessing the Somalia Brand Hub, you agree to these Terms of Service
  • These terms apply to all users including government employees and contractors
  • Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any updates to these terms
  • If you do not agree to these terms, you must discontinue use immediately

Permitted Use

  • Access and download brand assets for official government purposes
  • Use assets in accordance with brand guidelines and standards
  • Create collections to organize assets for your ministry
  • Submit requests for custom brand materials
  • Share assets with authorized users within your ministry

Prohibited Use

  • Use assets for personal, commercial, or non-governmental purposes
  • Modify assets in ways that violate brand guidelines
  • Share login credentials with unauthorized individuals
  • Distribute assets to external parties without approval
  • Attempt to circumvent security measures or access controls
  • Upload malicious content or engage in harmful activities

Intellectual Property

  • All brand assets remain property of the Federal Government of Somalia
  • Users receive limited license to use assets for official purposes only
  • Copyright and trademark rights are retained by the government
  • Unauthorized use may result in legal action
  • User-generated content may be subject to review and removal

Account Responsibilities

  • Maintain confidentiality of your account credentials
  • Notify administrators immediately of any security breaches
  • Ensure all information provided is accurate and up-to-date
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

Termination

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations
  • Users may request account deletion at any time
  • Termination does not affect obligations incurred before termination
  • Access may be revoked when employment with government ends
  • Deleted accounts cannot be recovered after 90 days
