How to add assets to the library (for coordinators and admins)

Who Can Upload

Only MDA Coordinators and Admins can upload assets to the library.

Click "Upload Asset" button

Drag and drop your file or click to browse

Fill in metadata:

- Title and description

- Category and ministry

- Tags for searchability

- Usage guidelines

- Visibility settings

Click "Upload"

Maximum file size: 50 MB

Supported formats: PNG, JPG, SVG, PDF, AI, PSD, DOCX, PPTX

High-resolution files preferred

Use descriptive titles

Add comprehensive tags

Include usage guidelines

Set appropriate visibility
