What Are Collections?

Collections are groups of related assets. Use them to organize assets for campaigns, projects, or ministry-specific needs.

Go to Collections page

Click "Create Collection"

Enter name and description

Choose cover image

Set visibility (public, ministry-only, private)

Add assets to the collection

Add or remove assets anytime

Share with specific users

Pin important collections

Download all assets at once

Campaign materials

Ministry brand kits

Event assets

Seasonal content
